A small team that ships evidence
Build & Prove exists because of a specific gap. Spending on AI agent software is running at roughly $206.5B this year, and 79%of companies say they have adopted agents — but only 11%have them running in production. Almost everyone is buying. Almost nobody is shipping.
How we work
We publish prices
Every service on this site has a band next to it. Hiding pricing until a third call wastes your time and ours, and small businesses rightly disqualify vendors who do it.
We recommend against ourselves when that is the answer
Every audit includes at least one "buy this off the shelf instead" call and at least one thing you can do yourself for free. A recommendation that costs us a project buys something more useful than the project would have.
We ship proof, not confidence
Every AI system we build comes with an evaluation suite — tests that measure whether it still does its job after the next model update or prompt change. If we cannot measure it, we will tell you that rather than assert it works.
We stay small on purpose
Senior people do the work. There is no layer of juniors learning on your engagement, and no account manager relaying messages between you and whoever is actually building the thing.
The name
Build is the easy half. Most AI consultancies can produce something impressive in a sandbox. The proving — showing that a system holds up against real inputs, on a bad day, six months later — is the half that decides whether the work was worth paying for. We named the company after the harder half deliberately.
Want to see how we think?
The audit is the cheapest way to find out. Two to three weeks, fixed price, and you keep the findings whether or not we work together after.
