You have probably already bought AI tools. The question is not whether to use AI — it is which three things are worth automating first, and which will waste your money.

What it costs
$3k–8k depending on team size, paid up front. Half of the fee credits toward any implementation project you sign within 60 days — so if you go ahead with the work, the audit effectively costs half.
What it is not
It is not a sales document with a recommendation to hire us at the end. Every audit includes at least one honest "buy this off the shelf" call and at least one thing you can do yourself for free. If the right answer is that you do not need us, the report says so — and you still own it.
Common questions
Do we need to have AI tools already?
No. Most clients do, and part of the audit is finding out which ones are actually used. If you have none, the audit maps the workflows instead and tells you where to start.
Who needs to be involved?
The owner or a decision-maker, plus one person from each function we look at. Expect about 45 minutes each. We do the rest.
What if the answer is "AI won't help here"?
Then that is what the report says, with the reasoning. It happens, and it is worth knowing before you spend a project budget finding out.
